What you see here are the remains of the stomach of the Patron Saint of Unspoken Emotions. Throughout their life on earth they swallowed their emotions constantly and never let them out, thus making their stomach grow endlessly. They died a horrible and painful death that culminated in their explosion. The people who were hit by the remains began blurting out unsaid emotions without control.
